Description:

HEPTech SYMPOSIUM
Prague, May 31st – June 6th 2015

YOU CAN BE ONE OF TOMORROW’S RESEARCH LEADERS!

Come learn what you need to know to achieve this goal.

THE EVENT
Inovacentrum CTU is organizing the second annual HEPTech Symposium in Prague to take place from May 31st to June 6th 2015. We are going to bring together competent applied physics researchers at an early stage in their careers, to provide them with opportunities for networking with commercially experienced professionals and technology transfer experts and to develop their entrepreneurial potential.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
If you have an entrepreneurial spirit, this is your chance to work with experts and industry players who can help you become one of tomorrow’s leaders.
If you have been involved with research in particle physics and are an early stage researcher in the first four years of your research activity (full-time equivalent, including the period of research training), this is your chance to drive the research community of tomorrow. You will have a once in a lifetime chance to network with your peers and benefit from the experience of Europe’s leading academic, technology transfer and industry experts.

HEPTech will cover your travel, accommodation and food costs. The first HEPTech Symposium was held last year in Cardiff, Wales. The young researcher, Simon Moser, whose project attracted the greatest interest, was awarded a paid trip around the UK looking for funding for his project.

HOW TO APPLY
If you are interested in this unique opportunity please fill in the Application form at www.inovacentrum.cvut.cz/main/en/196 until February 28th 2015.
HEPTech organization committee will evaluate your application and inform you about your qualifications to participate in the symposium.
