SMEs or spin-off to be involved in the project consortium - MSCA

A research group coordinated by Prof. Guidalberto Manfioletti, working at the Department of Life Sciences (University of Trieste - Italy), aims to apply to MSCA- Doctoral networks (in the framework of Horizon Europe) with deadline 16/11/2021.For this reason, we are looking for a SMEs or spin-off to be involved in the project consortium. The research topic focuses on a group of proteins involved in tumours, but also other human pathologies and the aim is to find molecules that can inhibit their activity. In order to improve the quality and impact of the project, we are thinking about the opportunity to include companies, SMEs, spin-offs with expertise in the following research fields:1. chemical syntesis of libraries of DNA minor groove binders;2. high-throuput assays for the discovery of DNA minor groove binders;3. high-throuput assays for the discovery of protein-protein interaction inhibitors;4. high-throuput assays for the discovery of inhibitors of the functional activity of aprotein (transcription factor). Thanking you in advance for the attention devoted to our request, and, trusting in a positive feedback within the 16th of October, we stay at your disposal for any further information. Contact detailsProf. Guidalberto ManfiolettiTel: +39 040 558 8720/8719/8722 (lab)Email: manfiole@units.it
