A company based in the UK is looking for a partner with expertise in combustion dynamics, direct injection and after treatment strategy to complete the consortium applying for topic GV-02-2016.
Topic- Technologies for low emission light duty powertrains
Deadline- 26/01/2016
Our client has designed a revolutionary 6 stroke cycle engine with high efficiency over expansion compared to compression. Also, lower emission due to the recirculation of exhaust gases. The aim of the project is to develop a rotary engine range extender for plug in hybrid vehicles (series-hybrid). Engine will be connected to the generator not to the wheels, and will use to generate electricity operating in a steady state at maximum efficiency point.
The company is looking for a partner with expertise in combustion dynamics, direct injection and after treatment strategy to complete the consortium. The overall budget of the project is €2.34 Mio.
