Last news on call "Startup Europe for Growth and Innovation Radar

The call (ICT-32-2017) will open on 8 December 2016 to 25 April 2017, with a total budget of 12 million Euros. Building on "Startup Europe" and "Innovation Radar" initiatives, the call aims at funding projects to help established startups and prospective tech entrepreneurs to grow and achieve market success and raise broader awareness of high potential innovators in Europe from EU-funded ICT projects.

ICT for Creative Industries and Cultural Heritage: Horizon 2020 Information and Networking Day

Information Day and Networking Session on Creative Industries and Cultural Heritage are organised by the European Commission on 17 and 18 November 2016 in Luxembourg. The event addresses potential applicants to the Horizon 2020 topics ICT-20-2017: "Tools for smart digital content in the creative industries" and CULT-COOP-09-2017: "European cultural heritage, access and analysis for a richer interpretation of the past".

High-level conference Building the European Data Economy

In the context of the initiative “Building a European Data Economy”, the European Commission is examining restrictions to the free flow of data inside the EU and potential barriers to an efficient use and re-use of data across borders and across business sectors. The European Commission (DG CONNECT) is organising a high-level conference with a view of obtaining insights from stakeholders in different business sectors, deepening its understanding on emerging business models and on challenges and opportunities of data-driven innovation.

Call for Proposals for a Pilot Project for developing the use of new technologies and digital tools in education

The aim of this pilot project is to identify existing digital learning solutions that can support teachers in the classroom and parents at home with pupils having attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder and/or concentration problems, and to provide good practice examples where technology has been successfully used in daily classroom activities to help pupils with attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder and concentration problems.
