Apply for a mobility grant to participate to European Brokerage Events

This grant scheme financially supports the participation of local researchers from Eastern Partnership countries in brokerage events related to Horizon2020 in the EU Member States or Associated Countries. The thematic priorities of the call are the three Societal Challenges targeted by the projects, namely 'Health', 'Energy' and 'Climate Change'.
 
The events that can be chosen from will be: Networking events, Brokerage events organised by the European Commission, large international events organised by other European networks (e.g Enterprise Europe Network).

Cultural Literacy in Europe

The aim of this ESF-COST synergy initiative was to identify, highlight and advance the contribution made in the last decades of the 20th century and the early years of the 21st, to European science, society and intellectual cultures by work produced by scholars trained in literary studies (philological, literary-historical and allied fields) as their research has broadened out to include a wide range of interdisciplinary fields and new objects of study. The project focused on the broader societal relevance of such research in ‘literary and cultural studies’ or LCS.

Cultural Literacy in Europe

This international gathering will bring together academics interested in the development of Literary and Cultural Studies in Europe and beyond, as well as policymakers at European and national level. The conference is the first step in implementing the recommendations of the European-wide project Cultural Literacy in Europe and will inaugurate a European Forum on Cultural Literacy in Europe.

INSO-4-2015: Innovative schemes for open innovation and science 2.0

Specific Challenge: The specific challenge addressed by this topic is, in the context of open innovation and science 2.0, to assist universities to become open innovation centres for their region in cooperation with companies, realising the ERA priorities, and to enable public administrations to drive innovation in and through the public sector.

Rethinking the role of social sciences in H2020: Towards a reflective and generative perspective

The workshop, organized by the University of Bologna in collaboration with the office of the Emilia-Romagna Region in Brussels, aims to discuss the contribution of SSH in the joint effort of the scientific community towards the interdisciplinarity required by the Horizon 2020 programme, as well as the impact and valorization of SSH research.
